I get an error message during installation.

Error message: '' Unable to add eSIM''

This message may appear on some devices. Usually, your eSIM has been installed correctly. Your phone just can't activate it because you're not in the network coverage area of ​​your destination. Please check if your eSIM is installed correctly. If so, disregard this message.

Error message '' eSIM not compatible with your device ''

If you get this error message during setup, it's likely that your device is locked by your carrier. This can happen on some newer devices that may be locked for a certain period of time after purchase. Please contact your carrier to have it unlocked.

Error message: This code is no longer valid, please contact your carrier.

Here are the solutions regarding this message:

. - Check the internet connection
First, make sure your phone has a working Wi-Fi connection before installing the eSIM. A Wi-Fi internet connection is required to verify and activate the eSIM.

- The eSIM is already installed
Most of the time, the eSIM is already installed on your phone. This may happen in the background after scanning the QR code. Please check the following settings:

  • Open Settings
    - Tap Cellular Networks
    - Tap Cellular Data at the top of the page, then select the eSIM plan on the next page. The phone will then be configured to use the eSIM plan for data connections.
    - Go back to Cellular Networks , scroll down and select your eSIM plan. It may be called “Personal”, “Travel” or “Secondary” .
    - Check that the “Activate this line” option is enabled
    - Check that data roaming is enabled

Error Message: Operation Error Code 9 - Error Code 10014 (For Google Pixel Device)

This error is caused by a problem with your device reading the QR code.

Please use the manual activation code (Android) provided with our QR code and follow the steps requested by your device.
