Can I call with your eSim plans?

Quebec e-Sim eSim plans are data plans. This means you do not have a phone number assigned. You can use an application like Whats App or Messenger to communicate with your loved ones.

When should I activate my eSim?

You can activate your e-Sim upon arrival at the airport before your departure. Your plan will start as soon as your phone connects to a network in your destination country.

Can I extend my package?

Yes. To do this, simply contact us and we will extend your package according to your needs without any manipulation on your part.

What is an eSim?

An e-Sim is a virtual Sim card. You therefore do not have to do anything to remove or insert a new card. Thanks to a simple QR code you have access to the Internet no matter your destination.
